HereKey Concierge Terms of Service

1. HereKey Concierge
HereKey Concierge helps you find available local services, describe the work you need, review options and prices, receive a HereKey approval link, and check requests associated with your connection. Services, service areas, providers and scheduling depend on current listings and your request.

2. Your requests
Provide accurate contact information, the location where work is needed and relevant details about the work. Submit information you are authorized to share. Tell us about access restrictions or conditions affecting the work. Do not submit payment-card information in a chat. You are responsible for the requests you authorize.

3. Quotes and approval
An estimate discussed in chat is not a completed booking. Review the actual work description, options, price, service address and appointment details on the HereKey quote page before approving. Contact HereKey before proceeding if anything is incorrect. A changed scope or additional work may require an updated quote and your approval.

4. Payments and dispatch
Payment occurs through the secure HereKey payment page. Sending an approval link does not itself charge you or establish that a specialist has been dispatched. Where approval or payment is required before dispatch, those steps must be completed first. Provider availability and appointments are subject to confirmation. The payment and service conditions shown on the actual quote or checkout page apply to that request; these terms do not replace those disclosures.

5. Changes, cancellations, refunds and concerns
Contact HereKey at +1 407 554 9918 before requesting a change or cancellation. Applicable conditions, including disclosed cancellation fees or refund eligibility, depend on the service and the terms shown for your request. These terms do not create an additional cancellation fee or restrict statutory consumer rights. Report concerns about work so HereKey can investigate and help coordinate a response.

6. Messaging
When you ask HereKey to send an approval link, you authorize the service-related message to the number you supply. Use a number you own or are authorized to use for the request. Do not send unsolicited messages, spam, fraudulent requests or harassment. Your carrier may apply its own charges.

7. Appropriate use and safety
Do not use HereKey for unlawful activity, misrepresentation, obtaining another person's private information or interfering with the service. HereKey Concierge is not an emergency response service. For an immediate threat to life, health or property, contact the appropriate emergency service rather than relying on a chat request.

8. Accounts and privacy
Keep your connection and account secure. HereKey may restrict access to address misuse or protect users and the service. Our Privacy Policy at https://herekey.app/privacy.php explains how HereCorp handles information. Your chat platform has its own terms and privacy practices.

9. Availability
HereKey relies on networks, third-party systems and service providers. We cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every requested service will be available. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.

10. Updates and contact
HereCorp may update these terms by publishing a revised version with its effective date. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate before they apply.
