How to use HereKey in ChatGPT
Connect once, then request services whenever you need them.

Add HereKey in ChatGPT
Open ChatGPT’s plugin directory, search for HereKey Concierge, and select the official HereCorp, Inc listing. Install it and choose Connect.

Connect your HereKey account
Choose Continue with HereKey. Open the HereKey app and approve the connection, then return to the original connection page. It will finish connecting and return you to ChatGPT.

Tell us what you need
Start a new ChatGPT conversation and select HereKey Concierge using @ or the available tools menu. Say what needs fixing. Use your saved home address, choose where you are now, or give another service address.

Complete your service request
HereKey checks available services and pricing, then sends your request to your HereKey account. Open the notification or request in HereKey to review, approve, and pay. HereKey then dispatches the right specialist through its service flow.

Services, prices, and scheduling depend on availability at the selected address. HereKey asks only for the details needed for your request.
Good to know
Do I need to enter my address and phone every time?
When your HereKey app account is connected, you can choose your saved home address and requests go to that account without entering a phone number. HereKey may ask for missing details or a different service address. A connection without a linked app account needs the requester’s address and receiving phone.
Can I use my current location?
Yes, when you choose it and HereKey has a recent app location. Open HereKey and refresh your location if asked. For a home visit, you may still need to provide a street address, unit, or access details so the specialist knows exactly where to go.
Will connecting book or charge me for a service?
No. Connecting lets you request services through ChatGPT. You review and approve the request and complete any required payment through HereKey before dispatch.
Will my request arrive by text message?
HereKey uses your account’s notification preferences, which may include an app notification, email, or text. ChatGPT does not choose the channel. If you use the phone fallback, provide your own receiving number.
Do I have to reconnect for every request?
No. The integration renews authorized credentials automatically while your HereKey authorization remains active. Logging out of the authorizing HereKey app session or revoking access invalidates that authorization. If ChatGPT asks you to reconnect, start a fresh connection and approve it in HereKey.
Having trouble connecting?
- Approve the request in HereKey, then return to the original browser page. An app approval alone does not mean ChatGPT has finished connecting.
- If an old connection link has expired, return to ChatGPT and choose Connect or Reconnect again. Avoid repeatedly opening the old link.
- Start a new conversation and select HereKey Concierge. If it is missing, check that you are signed in to the ChatGPT account where you installed it.
- If connection controls are missing on mobile, try completing setup in ChatGPT on a desktop web browser.
